This vehicle is used to transport patients off of Windrock Mountain and from other remote areas of Anderson and surrounding counties.
This vehicle is responsible for transporting many critical trauma patients, along with missing persons, in Anderson County, along with other surrounding areas.
The Anderson County Emergency Rescue Squad also uses this vehicle to assist squads in surrounding counties when requested under a mutual-aid agreements.
The CarlStar Group has donated many tires to the squad over the years to help with rescue assignments.
