Luke Dark breaks NMS shotput record, ranked top in state


Luke Dark
Luke Dark, Norris Middle School seventh-grader and member of the track and field team, broke the school shotput record by throwing 46 feet, 3 inches in the Oak Ridge meet last week. He placed first in shotput and second in discus with a throw of 95 feet.

He is also currently ranked number one in Tennessee for boys middle school shotput.
