441 across Norris Dam to be shut to one lane July 15
The Tennessee Valley Authority will conduct a routine inspection of the Norris Dam bridge on U.S. Highway 441 on July 15.
During the inspection, travel will be restricted to a single lane from 10 a.m. to noon.
In that period, motorists should exercise caution, follow traffic sign or flagger directions, and expect delays when crossing the Norris Dam bridge. In the event of inclement weather, bridge inspectors may extend or reschedule the work. TVA will notify the public of any changes in the project schedule.
