LCMS celebrates homecoming

Lake City Middle School held its football homecoming Oct. 2.

Voting for homecoming queen and princess took place Wednesday, Sept. 29, for this formal festivity, and homecoming took place at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, before the game against the Bears of Huntsville.

There were a total of 21 homecoming candidates with their 21 escorts, and were a representation of their support class.

Seventh-grade candidates: Lillie Mefford escorted by Jonathan Roaden, Gracie Harris escorted by Ben Daughtery, Lexi Hawkins escorted by Neylan Beaty, Elizabeth Maria Braden escorted by Gabe Weltch, Anna Marie Gross escorted by Tanner Warman, Stella Farrow escorted by Josh Parton, Peyton Lynn Baker escorted by James Roaden, Raegan Elizabeth Green escorted by Matthew Goans, Briannalynn Willis escorted by Riley Shetterly, Raelynn Marie Luke escorted by Preston Ridenour.
