Weapons, drugs, crime, tax cuts, books, gender, and divisive college topics are some of the issues addressed in new conservative-values laws that have or will be going into effect.
On Thursday, June 15, Representatives John Ragan and Ed Butler, both for Anderson County, will share a legislative update at the monthly meeting of the Republican Party in Anderson County.
A short business meeting will also be held.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in Clinton at 635 Hillcrest St., behind the Clinton Church of God sanctuary.
The public is invited.
