Moody named to TSWA CC team
AVA MOODY had a fifth- place showing in the Victor Ashe Park Fall Classic on Saturday. Moody complet- ed the 5K race with a time of 19:24.05.
The team list was released by the association Jan. 17.
Moody won the Region 1-A/AA championship at Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville, posting a time of 19 minutes, 13.73 seconds.
She followed that up with a third-place finish at the TSSAA Class A/AA State Championships at Sanders Ferry Park in Hendersonville. At the state championships, she completed the race in 18:47.45.
