At the Jan. 22 Clinton City Council meeting, Mayor Scott Burton recognized three Boy Scouts of Troop 131, sponsored by Memorial United Methodist Church, who had achieved scouting’s highest rank, Eagle. They are Caleb Bennett, David Holt and Jackson Brewer (not pictured).
