CAREacter Star Athletes for basketball awarded
Basketball players from Anderson County, Clinton and Oak Ridge high schools were awarded earlier this year as CAREacter Star athletes.
The CAREacter Star Athlete Program is based on a five-point star system that includes the basic traits of a champion, whether on or off the field.
Those traits are attitude, character, grades, community service and erformance.
Anderson County boys named to the award are:
Cam Lawson, Lincoln Tummel, Blake Lotwe, Brian Hall and Kyzor Stout.
Anderson County girls are:
Isabelle Smith, Bailey Newman, Kyrstan Campbell, Marley Baines, Carley Whitson and Natalie Sellers.
Clinton boys named to the list are:
Bryson Maddox, Teegan Bolinger, Carson Richardson, Chase Jaslove and Kaden Ison.
Clinton girls awarded are:
Lanee Carmichael, Josie Moody, Bailey Burroughs, Sydney Herrell and Addi Gamble.
Oak Ridge boys named to the list are:
Cooper Williams, Raquan Watson, Kaden Brightharp, Garrett Giles and Shamar Greene.
The Oak Ridge girls awarded as CAREacter Star Athletes are:
Maria Alcaraz Becerril, Lindsay Cleveland, Jenna Johnson, Ayana Porter and Ze’Yana Stewart.
