Middle school XC teams compete at Victor Ashe Park
Four area middle school cross-country teams opened their
2024 season Saturday at the Victor Ashe Park Fall Classic in Knoxville.
Clinton Middle School: Tylen Cook was the top finisher for the Hawks, with a time of 19 minutes, 16.74 seconds. Oliver Hill - 21:36.84. Cameron West - 24:46.35, Colton Baker - 27:13.34, and Sid Ryan was 320th at 31:12.17.
Lily West finished with a time of 19:03.80. Adah Freels - 19:05.60. Isabella Morabito - 20:45.76. Lacie Murnahan - 24:21.57. Presley Ryan - 25:49.82, Rubie Dailey - 26:18.21, and
Savannah Irwin - 30:39.83.
Clinon City Schools: Theo Hill finished in 17:10.08. Oliver Birkbeck - 17:53.69, and Konnor McKenney - 32:55.34.
Lydia Swanner - 18:00.30, while Kathryn McKenney - 22:39.31.
Lake City Middle School: Malachi Burnette finished in 19:50.08.
Rachel Garbes - 21:28.81, Carmen Navarro - 26:19.32, Lilly Franklin - 26:27.84, Kinslee Justice - 27:41.83, and Barnette - 34:06.59.
Norwood Middle School: Jayden Jimenez finished in 20:26.08. Leif Roney - 20:27.83, Cooper Lelle - 21:52.59, and Killian Nichols - 35:26.11.
