The Montague family of Rocky Top served as grand marshals of the recent Rocky Top Christmas parade. They were involved in a car fire earlier this year in which toddler Oakley Montague died. The surviving family members are shown here Thursday night at City Hall receiving a plaque honoring them as the parade grand marshals. Chip and Jackie Montague, standing on the right, were joined by sons Maximus, 4, and Hendrix, 3. Looking on are, from left, Carolyn Templin, Mayor Kerry Templin, and Rocky Top Chamber Director Maria Hooks. - G. Chambers Williams III
