You are hereby notified, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 30-2-603(b), that on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the Chancery Courtroom, Third Floor, Anderson County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Street, Clinton, Tennessee 37716, the Court will proceed to take and state the account of Tara Allen, Administratrix CTA, of the Estate of George E. Oaks, deceased; when and where you may attend and witness said accounting, and take such part therein as the law entitles you to take.

Notice is hereby given that on December 3 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Faye Grace Davis, who died 9/1/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Anderson County Chancery Court of Anderson County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred: (1)(A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or (B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

The City of Rocky Top intends to file an application for financial assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development. The purpose of said funds is to assist in the purchase of a vac truck, sludge press and upgrade the influent station.
A public information meeting for all interested parties will be held as follows:DATE: Thursday, December 18, 2025
TIME: 5:30 PM
PLACE: City Hall, 195 S Main St, Rocky Top, TN 37769
The purpose of this meeting will be to give the public an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed project and to comment on economic and environmental impacts, service areas, alternatives and other issues. Representatives of the City of Rocky Top will be available to explain the proposal and to answer questions.
